The Ivengo Performance Plus System is a robust tool for recording, analyzing and measuring employee effectiveness. Performance Plus is designed to handle the demands of a variety of business environments including warehousing and storage, manufacturing and retail. Performance Plus provides you with visibility of your labor utilization which will help you to improve efficiency. Performance Plus has a user friendly, web based interface that can be securely accessed from anywhere. Performance Plus is designed to integrate data from multiple facilities. Information from manufacturing facilities, storage locations, or retail outlets can be combined, contrasted or viewed individually to give you a complete view of how and where your workforce is utilized.
When labor standards are developed, the background information that explains why the standard for a task is what it is, is kept by the developer. With Performance Plus, all of the background information is stored on line, in the system. The standard values are displayed alongside of the justification of where the numbers came from. This way, the information is permanently and immediately available for audits or challenges.
Our software does not force you to use a particular set of standards calculations. Performance Plus is flexible enough to work with any of the traditional standards methodologies (MTM, MOST, etc.) as well as discrete, benchmark, or historical standards. With Performance Plus, you are free to use any method you choose to gauge performance. The system does not make assumptions about how you calculate standards. Performance Plus is flexible enough to grow as your business grows or the nature of what you do changes. Standards calculations can be added or modified without modification to the software.
Performance Plus calculates efficiency percentages for individual employees, operations, customers, shifts, and facilities. Performance data can be aggregated, compared to historical values or compared against each other. Performance Plus gives you the ability to compare and contrast the performance metrics of buildings, customers, shifts, work types, or individual workers. These numbers can be used to analyze the workforce and implement the appropriate incentives. Performance Plus can be used to store and access historical data. This gives you the ability to create benchmarks, resulting in improved planning decisions.
Performance Plus comes with a set of standard reports that have been derived from the best practices of Labor Management Systems. The reports allow you to view the performance information of every aspect of your workforce. The reports include color graphs for optimum effectiveness. All of the reports are available in Adobe® PDF, Microsoft Excel®, or web format. Do you have a specific way you need to see your labor data? Performance Plus provides secure and convenient access to all recorded labor data and their resulting calculations. The system includes a comprehensive permission mechanism, so that users can only access system areas they have appropriate permissions for. All system access, data manipulation and report execution is tracked, giving you a full audit trail. System access can be limited to your internal network, or encrypted and published securely on the internet.
Performance Plus can be integrated into your existing information technology infrastructure. We will work with you to maximize the systems effectiveness by sharing data with your enterprise systems. The system is designed to make implementation fast and easy. In addition, we send a support team to your premises to install all system components and individualize the software for your company’s needs.
